Yeah, that part is cool. They're fun to play with but to me they're also invisible decorations that take up piece count I've just got one in the street by my town hall to amuse myself with and the rest went into storage.

It does a little. However if you use them at intersections, they are a little more centered.

I had been putting them in intersections so I didn't notice the centering issue until today. They will be staying in intersections.

I have one in one of my towns that is on the sidewalk! I placed the manhole, then the roadway. It took a few tries, but it does look cool.

You can't put them on Dirt Streets. You can put them on Dirt Roads, but not streets. I don't know about Cobblestone Streets. Anyone tried Cobblestone?

Actually under the boardwalk above the water, barring any waves but I haven't seen any in years.

Manholes not being centered is just not natural.

You can't see your item count.
