XP not increasing

anyone else having this problem?? cant just be me!! have emailed Ea but as usual getting nothing back

    I haven't heard of this from anybody else.

    Have you tried reinstalling the app? Beyond that I have no ideas.

    yea ive tried deleting it and re installing it but not made any difference

    Just a shot in the dark but try logging out then back in. See if this helps any.

    ive logged out, played a bit anonymous and it collects the xp but when i sign in to my springfield it could increase

    Can you try on another device? Do you have an iPad or borrow a friend's iPhone and log into your town and see if it works?

    Did you make sure it was plugged in? But seriously, when you played anon when you logged out of your account, would the XP increase?

    yes, when played annon it would increase. log back into my account and it stops

    I think that rules out a faulty device then. Whatever the problem is, it's specific to your account. Sorry, that's all I have.

    ive emailed EA a few days ago but not heard a single thing back from them!! gutted as i cant access the bonus for leveling up

    At least one other user has reported this problem here on the boards. Sadly, beyond suggesting the usual potential solutions (which almost never work), I doubt anyone here can really help.

    This just started happening to me today. Got the level up to 26 and everything was progressing then all of a sudden at 12,919 my experience stopped increasing for everything, buildings, income etc. Anyone else have this problem?

    Was just going to start a topic, same thing I noticed a little bit ago. Stuck on xp since the update. Wife's game is fine, still increasing.

    just noticed I am at the 133344 level, wife is the one before. Maybe that makes a difference? Anyone at that level have their XP increasing?
