Storage snafu resolved

I stored my Future Simpson Home to free up Mooch Bart for a different task, but couldn't find it in my storage anywhere. I contacted EA - they called me back and said they could see my FSH but I needed to clear out some storage items before it would show up. Taking about 30 buildings/accessories out of storage didn't work (can't sell them because they're SH or craftables), then I decided to sell all those barbed wire fences I've been accumulating from Lisa's Exterminator, over 100! Hooray, the Future Simpsons Home appears!

Lesson: sell off those fences and dummies that pile up from Lisa's efforts. I keep her at it for that occasional miniature nuclear warhead with multiplier.

Thanks for posting this info, @Surfcitygal. I recall having previously told users that there is no inventory limit. But your experience tells me that at least in some sense this may not be strictly true. Disturbing bug.

The same sort of thing happened to another of my Springfields about a year ago, when I stored the Toy Workshop to free up Ralph. Again EA said they could see it and I unstored as many items as I could, but no Toy Workshop. Then about a month ago it suddenly appeared at the beginning of the storage cue - for no apparent reason after 11 months. Glad to have it back.

Both these incidents occurred during an "event" which makes me wonder if the storage is especially glitchy when it's not the normal game.

My tooth chipper ride is missing from my inventory. It was still being built l, but it wouldn't have finished in time for the nuke anyway. Tried clearing my storage but still nothing.

EA will need to fix this, as you cannot store buildings that are still being built.

Clear my inventory? Yikes! I dont think I could put out everything that I have saved up over the years and stay under the item limit. Ive got all sorts of junk piled up in there, I never sell anything, to me its not worth the 25% return, and have to pay the full price if I decide I want it again down the road

Missing my Mount Carlmore. Placed it into inventory after getting more lands and it's missing. No where to be found. I've search from A to Z on EACH folder. Nope nothing. None of the EA team helped. All they did was redirected me to different links to click which resulting me to create more case no. blahhhhhh!!!
