Can't access my Springfield either. Recognizes my account but when I attempt to sign in, crash. Never happened before tonight. Level 25. Few thousand away from bonus. First occurred when checking back on simple hour long tasks. Hope all is not lost. I have put way too much time into this game. My second, slightly less advanced account still works on both iPhone and iPad.
