I am fairly close in age, and I love this game too! It's really addicting. Another thing you will find awesome is this forum and community - you will find a lot of helpful, friendly people here!!

Can't see either one getting boring...

I think the thing with this game, no matter what your age, its the simpsons! The biggest licence in the world! And one we all have a soft spot for. Ive spent far too many minutes playing this game and constantly urge my kids to play their tapped out because i want them to unlock as much as possible

    We are suckas! :)

Ha, am smiling at the comments so far. Its great, I only started playing in November so missed the Halloween update which am slightly annoyed at as I would love to have Marge as a witch. Any way, I have now got my two children playing and they also love it, being almost 15 & 18. I have a peek at their towns just to see what they are doing. Although my youngest gets bored delivering cards so I sometimes help him out lol. The things we do lol, glad it's keeping us all busy x

Yep, same age bracket, same loving of the game. They made some pretty smart choices, and now that they are stabilizing (ahem, almost a year later) it is even more fun. I think there are quite a few of us older geeks here, and I agree, quite a nice community as well.

Collecting the cards is no easy task when you have maxed out your friends list :( it can take a long time, but being it valentines update you just gotta show the love really

Never have I ever been into a game quite like this. It's elements have come together in a perfect storm that has me hooked. I get to create an iconic world any way I see fit. The ability to interact with other people's creations and the opportunity to share my own with them. The discovery of this forum and the community that occupies it has just been a bonus.

Oh definitly the game lacks a way of communicating with other players and the forum is an awesome substitute for that, letting players come together and talk about all things tapped out related, it makes playing just thar much more enjoyable :D

Oh willowbud, I am a 40 year old lady (I use the term loosely) and I have been hopelessly addicted to TSTO since September or maybe the beginning of October-I have honestly lost track. I have 2 children, a full time job and basically spend any other time I have on the game or this forum...you are in great company. This forum is full of great folks and adds a lot of fun to an already great game, I am happy to hear you are enjoying yourself on both fronts.

Oh wow...SO glad to read I am not the only mature player of the game lol. I was up till gone 2am last night and then before I got out of bed this morning I quickly scrolled round collecting hearts and re-setting tasks. I know that sounds bad but it's Sunday !!!!!!! xx

It'll suck you in, alright. In a good way. Especially if you love the show. Ahh, late night treat/coin/heart/(egg?) collecting sessions! Gotta be a good neighbor, right?

Smiling too, when I read this and beware over 40! 8) . Find myself going up earlier in the morning, just too clear the tasks and so on. Can't tell my kids not to play at the breakfasttable and then do it myself.

Wake up, set jobs to 4 hours, get ready for work, go to work, go on first break and set them on jobs again, go for lunch, more jobs and visiting, end work, go home, more jobs for them, try and balance time with my partner and time with visiting neighbors.. Try to get him to play too but he doesn't :( getting close to bed time so I set them on 8 hour jobs.. Typical day for me now :p
Sad thing is I'm planning a trip in April to the Dominican.. Ill need to bring my phone so I can TSTO in the lobby on their wifi at least once a day.. Lol
I absolutely love this game though. :)

Don't you just love it that we seem to plan our days around this game.....slightly worrying wouldn't you say. I work part time, also run the family business, have 2 children and also run the home. I feel slightly guilty that today I have spent loads of time on here and the game, but have also done housework, laundry and am currently cooking a roast dinner. So I am now taking multi-tasking to the extreme lol xx
