Bart screen

Hi everyone!

First of all, I scrolled through the first pages of the forum, but I didn't find anyone with the same problem as me.

So, I am having some problems while trying to log in since the end of Secret Agents. I am constantly getting Bart screen and it's really annoying, because I am only playing one or two times a day only.

To have an idea, I still didn't finish Pin Pals and I only collected some 13000 blueprints on railyard this week. (Last week I finished railyard on monday).

I also want to take this space to say sorry to my neighbors, because I also am not able to visit them lately. When I finally play and collect income, the Bart screen appears whenever I try to go to my neighbours area. I'm trying

So, is anyone having the same problem as me? Or am I the only one?

Could be device resources running low. Clear cache and remove apps.

A bad network connection will cause this too. I definitely will encounter this daily too.

Trouble shooting tips:
Close game. Pull up app manager and swipe game away. Swipe away all other open apps.
Repeat above, then open Settings. Turn off Network. Wait 15 seconds. Turn on network.
Repeat above and turn off device. Wait 15 seconds. Try again.
Repeat above, turn off device, turn off internet hardware (modem, wireless router, etc). Wait 15 seconds and restart.
I have network problems all the time. Mostly because I'm on satellite internet...

I don't know if it's the internet network because I use other devices, and everything works fine.
In the tablet I play TSTO, other things that require internet are okay. Only TSTO is driving me crazy. >.<

I deleted a lot of things some time ago, and I'll try to do that again. Hopefully that helps me!
