Problem: I can't play, the game restart from the beginning!

Log out of the game.
Close the program.
Completely close the program (hit the app button to the right of the home button and swipe the app off screen)
Turn off your device.
Wait 30 seconds
Turn on your device.
Start the game
Log in.

If that doesn't work I suggest contacting tech support.

    Since yesterday, every time I start the game, I connect to my account origin and it shows the correct current level (46) but when I click to continue, I see the initial video and it reset the game again.
    The game is only installed on my tablet (Nexus 7) and I also tried to log out from my account origin and log in again but nothing has changed. Ideas to fix please? >.<

    LadyBlood, this SAME EXACT THING happened to me!!!!! It shows Level46, but instead of my town, I get that annoying video!!!

    I've lost a TON of money!!! :(

    Me too. It was fine earlier today. Now it keeps resetting to the video. Just got the copter and ad leveled up to 46+.

    It works on my Galaxy tab 2 10.1, but I get the video on my Galaxy s3. I haven't really played on my tablet since Easter, because it begins to lag after a bit and actually affects the tablet after I stop playing. It's not a memory leak, it's more of a processor slowdown. I can watch the cpu usage bottom out while in debug mode. Weird.

    Update. I uninstalled TSTO and shut off the phone for 5 minutes. Then reinstalled the app and bingo, it works. Keeping my fingers crossed.
