I have a neighbor with all the premium items ever released in the game but their town looks like a dumpster with the premium buildings randomly placed anywhere with no roads. Such a waste, in my opinion. :?

I too have EVERY d*mn things since day 1.

But I'm not sure if this is what OP want? ... A Springfield with premium items only, without any freemium items (unless necessary).
