If the event is similar to Halloween then it could always come at Midnight/1am PST like the phases for THOH and the daily quest from the stonecutters and thanksgiving mini event

I know SC didn't start at midnight. Cuz I happened to be one of the first that got that update. I was so over the moon about it too
