Level 48 lost?

I would reinstall only as a last resort. I find that clearing the cache and force stopping is often just as effective, without requiring the download time.

    There was definitely something weird happen with the level update. This morning I was approx 20k XP away from reaching level 46, then when I went back in to the game tonight I got a message pop up immediately as the game loaded saying i've reached level 46 and it gave me 2 donuts and now i'm approx 106k XP into level 46..... i'm not fussed, but it's definitely not meant to work like that.

    Similar situation: I bought the fire pit and placed it - then realized I couldn't open Santa's tasks AGAIN - so had to force quit to restart that. Everything went smoothly after that.

    Level 48 I can't beleive all theses updates are happening since a slow summer they had your phone can't handle it lol
    Really try deleting the app and reinstall

    Those are conflicting statements. Are the level 48 items available to buy?

    Nope, they are all gone from the store.

    I tried force quitting and clearing the cashe, but that didn't help. Ugh, I really don't want to reinstall.

    I got the update, started the quest, tried opening santos daily tasks and game crashed.. Whenever I restart, it says I'm signed in and level 48 but when the start screen goes, the game starts from the very beginning... Weird...

    Tried force closing, emptying cache etc, nothing works... Thought about signing out but don't want to risk losing the game... I didn't have a problem with the download earlier with my other account.. Although that was on iPhone whereas my others on iPad Air... Thoughts anyone?? Btw, not the 1st update to cause issues like this, usually it's fixed within a day or two... Fingers crossed...
