New iphone previous level (46) lost

As far as I know, there is no way to transfer an anonymous game from one device to another - but I've never used iOS devices so I can't be sure. The best way to keep your game progress is to link the anonymous game from your iPhone 5 to an Origin account (click the Login button on main TSTO screen, enter the email & password for your DottieCha444 account) and then log into that same account on the new device. This is also a lot safer, as the game is then stored on Origin's servers and won't get lost if your phone gets broken or stolen.

    I got the update, started the quest, tried opening santos daily tasks and game crashed.. Whenever I restart, it says I'm signed in and level 48 but when the start screen goes, the game starts from the very beginning... Does yours actually say yr at level 1, because I've seen this happen before after a level update...

    If you still have the game on the old iPhone, go to the game app on the old phone, on the start up screen click the origin logo at the bottom left hand corner, register with them, save the game then log in on your new phone. If this is possible dont worry about switching the sim again, you only need a WiFi connection. I hope this is possible for you as this is the only way to save the game progress. Good luck!
