What grade would you give Part 1 of the Winter Event?

Prev1
I would give it a solid C. Somewhat one-dimensional event that bordered on a dull grind plus very, very glitchy gameplay has made this phase average, at best.

    "C"
Half the tunnel gifts are things I wouldnt pay a penny of in game cash for.
I'd give it a B if we get to keep Santa.

The cool brown house needs Xmas lights.

I gave it an A. I haven't had any problems and received everything. The snow really is marvelous (the animation team outdid themselves on this event) and I look forward to part 2. :D

I gave it a B, but I was being quite charitable. It's probably more of a B-/C+, but I didn't set the poll up that way!

I did enjoy the game play and the variety of tasks, but the the prizes are really weak in this round. I also wasn't a huge fan of the "Feds"...that part of it should have been thought out better.

I've given it a C. The event so far overall has been pretty dull.

    C. I already had most of the prizes and the ones I didn't were pretty average. Hopefully part 2 will bring some new things for older players.

I give it a C, nothing really jaw dropping to grab up.

Gave it a B. I would have liked more new things for long time players. Also hope they won't melt a lot of our prizes in about a month.

    C

Only because of the tunnel prizes for players that have been playing a long time. I mean come on Candy Cane, Bell, THE CIDER STALL?! I hope they've put more effort into phase 2 prizes.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this event. I must admit my excitement at the start has dwindled. I would have given an A had it not been for all the glitches. Really interrupts game play when you have to remember to sync all the time to ensure you don't miss out on a prize/elf. Also challenging to keep track of counters all the time. Not sure if I'm missing 1 or 2 elves (definitely missing one) and no idea if that means I didn't get bonus 100 presents either. Glad I was lucky to avoid the initial mass lockout at the start though.

Really hoping the items I wanted to purchase become available soon and really looking forward to part 2.

I would have given it a B but dropped down to C because I didn't get Zutroy.

I would give it a B, only because compared to the rest of this years events it was good.

Compared to events from previous years it would probably be a C due to lack of good prizes. Though the second phase should make up for that.

I'd give it a C/C-. The prizes are okay, if underwhelming. I still need to get the manger. The real problem are the glitches. Half the time, the tunnel wouldn't open and the lag was frustrating. Zutroy, however, has been proven to be the biggest problem so far.

Gameplay (A): I like the phases as they extend the event, extending daily task completion time, and how they got rid of the saving up for a random chance at a prize like last Christmas.

Prizes (B): Christmas lights for more houses and few winter themed items for fans of the show.

Stability/Timely bug fixes (C): Game is crashing more frequently the last few days and there's an issue with the Fed count.

Neighbor play (A-): Ability to get neighbors involved is always enjoyable. Still don't get why EA is limiting the number though. Between that and limiting the max number of Feds per town, I'm just guessing it's a database limitation.

Overall (B): I'm enjoying myself without having to spend an excessive amount of time playing.

This pretty much sums up my view of it.

I have generally enjoyed the event so far. The snow looks lovely and I liked that the tunnel tasks could be started at a time that suited you rather than 24h from 8am to 8am. That flexibility was thoughtful. I also found there was ample time to complete this - I went on holiday just before it started so couldn't start immediately. I didn't play as often as I normally would because I was holidaying or play during the 10 1/2 hour flight home (no inflight wifi on BA). I got the nativity well before the end and am on track to receive donuts for an additional 2000 parcels.

I've given it a 'C' because of glitches. Actually downloading the update in the 1st place took ages. I had to stop and start again next morning. I have two less elves than my husband. Getting odd amounts of Feds. (Feds & handshakes should always be in multiples of 3.) getting handshakes when not overrun by Feds also annoying. Game crashing over & over when doing visits. Lags. Tunnel not opening on at least 1/3 of tries.

The prizes were a little 'meh' in some cases. The white lawn angel that can only be placed on a white lawn, for instance. Getting lights for houses I haven't bought was also annoying.

The most annoying thing of all was not getting Zutroy and knowing I have to waste time dealing with EA if I want to receive what I've competed for.

Without the glitches I wouldn't have minded the less than exciting prizes, in fact I'd have given it an 'A'.

Gave it an B. It was my first Christmas event, so happy with getting All the items so far. The only thing I didn't like how hard to catch the agents.

I gave it an A, it is nothing spectacular of an event but there are solid prizes, the tunnels are entertaining and what looks like a good set of prizes for part 2. I'm on track to get the nativity prize and have only started playing every 4hs I the last couple of days, so not too excessively. Definitely an eye-opener for me.
