They advised me to wait 24 hours to receive him and if I don't, I should reopen my ticket. I'm about to do that now. It's really annoying because it's 3 days out from Christmas, I'm stressed about a lot of things and yeah it's a game but I've put A LOT of time into it as a freemium player. I know others have spent a ton of money but time is just as precious too. I'm hoping they are gonna fix my issue and HOPEFULLY release an update of the app and fix everybody's issue.
