Actually I didn't like that grimey guy. He could come back as a ghost next Halloween though. That sounds plausible.
The monorail would be no more than the cab dangling from the track. Maybe cool, but I don't want to try to shoehorn it into my town.
What I'd like is more freemium businesses that bring alternative tasks than the ones we have. Choice would be nice.
All of the cool businesses released this past year are premium. I have MANY empty lots in my town that could fit them, but they always cost donuts. Anything large would require more land.
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
Larry Burns with his novelty stand I could go for, but Grimes? I am not too high on...
The monorail IMHO is probably going to be an aspirational. Possible a one-time-only job for all of Springfield is included with a permanent job for Homer.
It'll just be another expensive decoration that people are clamoring for but will then place into storage when they lose interest

Please do not speak ill of Frank Grimes. It is my favorite episode and I have many momentos for it including an original animation cel. It is arguably the best episode ever for not only the main story line, but the hilarious side stories (Bart with the factory, Burns screwing over both Smithers and Grimey and the fact that it exposes Homer in an actual business situation. I could go on and on, but I am trying to grill sausages in the cold.
The final line is the best. "Marge change the channel". Lenny - that's our Homer! Amazing episode. Amazing!
I can appreciate that there are those who like the episode. I agree that the side stories were great. Frank Grimes the character was not, however, one of my favorites.
One whisper I noticed is a strong suspicion that following her frequent mention in dialogue as well as a Level Up! appearance, Cookie Kwan may be in the pipeline. 8)

Considered by some as the moment The Simpsons peaked

Larry Burns with Civic Center
Frank Grimes (regular non-ghost version) with High Voltage Wall Decoration

What "ill" did I speak?
Did I bring up that his own jealousy and rage issues cost him his life? That he was a bitter man for constantly comparing himself to others?
No!

Sorry, Bravewall, the mob has spoken!
