I was thinking like Helen, and placed it where they would have tapped into the high tension power lines running from the plant to town. I Added some slave camp accoutrements (razor wire, armed supervision, stocks for when he's on a break) and a make-shift control room.
Good enough.
I did have it on the other side, but moved it for several reasons: I wanted it on the side feeding INTO town, I also wanted to leave that area open because I occasionally move the patrol car from the speed trap (behind the DIET billboard) and have it stopping a vehicle there. And I didn't want people staring at Willie from the highway and causing traffic. Heh.
I just placed him in the forest. Let's hope Lincoln notices Willie's exploitation...
Wow that camp looks really AWFUL!
Turning the wheel, pulling a boulder, freezing to death, chopping wood, handing nuclear waste, fish aren't biting, demon-summoning witchcraft, and it's run by pirates?
Sign up the kids today! now that is Krusty! I love it!
I wish it could be moved closer to the windmill because it would had been awesome if it looked like he was running the windmill. It didn't look right, though. :x
I stuck mine between my castle and my camp area. I'm thinking of moving it into my combination Prison/Power Plant, as I think it would fit better there.
So this got outta hand quickly . . . I started playing around in the second town and came up with a fun design: Full Size:http://i.imgur.com/N2BvSxm.png
I blame Pinpal00. He's been doing some crazy stuff with those concrete walls and I had to try to keep up!
Trust me, the Manual Power Generator is there; amongst the wind turbine/hydro-electic/faux dam/excessive foliage.
Kinda like a "Where's Waldo"
Take that C. Montgomery Burns! This town doesn't run on nuclear power :P

That's awesome. How did you do the checkerboard pattern up near the Workshop?

Of course, I don't know how sandwedgeking did the pattern, but I would just place a fence directly behind another (rotated 180°).

Back during stackables, I started working up a feeder town into a second main town. You've got me thinking I should dust it off, buy the remaining land, and treat it as a design laboratory. Problem is I'd just use it to copy this design! Just ridiculously fun!

Too bad it's so big, or I would have put it right beside his shack. My school yard is pretty small though so it wouldn't have fit.

My Springfield is pretty juiced up currently. Thanks, Willie! And whippin' Waylon.
LOL, currently! Ohm my god! Watt's that you say? How revolting!
I can already sense that you guys are shocked by the puns, and I'm positive that this post will be met with some negative resistance.
Peace, Love, and Willie-powered Light, everypeople!
