Well, *technically* his number is 8. But why no longer a fan??

Peru, I mean Virginia Woolf the English author, not the children's book author. Did you notice in my first post I spelled her name correctly just like I am now? So what if my username is not spelled the same as hers?? The question was where did we all come up with our nicknames, and I answered it. You get a Gold Star for your Wiki skills :)

It's the username I use for all gaming-related stuff and it originally comes from a British sitcom called Black Books.

    Well mines simple.
My proper name is Kimberley (or Kim for short)
My friends back in school used to call me kimmie.
I didn't like the was it looked, so changed the 'i' to a 'y'
And it's stuck with me for the past 10 years.

I've used this handle for years. I earned the nickname Fraggle in high school/college because I have big, red hair and I dance like a Muppet when I drink too much.

    Best explanation, ever.

It's a fair comment and a well deserved beating down of my uppity little self. But who'd have thought that there was also an author with the name Virginia Wolff? You can keep Virginia Woolf and I will throw the other one in for free :)

My own username? Well, that's an interesting little story. The Peru comes from the fact I live here and I believe that Homer is a character in the Simpsons.

Ok, it's not interesting and I've a * username. But in my defence, I downloaded TSTO three times before it finally worked and I thought I wouldn't really ever play the game (I'm not a gamer) and definitely did not expect to join a forum (I don't write in forums)

Same story here except I didn't even realise they were asking me for a username. I'm pretty sure I put in my name and they removed the spaces so now I'm stuck with my own name :( - who wants to have their own name on an internet forum, the whole point is to be a master of disguise! Its my own fault for being an idiot though and not reading properly.
