Me too, I think we are all getting sick of this. And if this is a DDoS attack you'd think they would have protected themselves better from the last one. Not that this is one but tossing that in there is case it is.

I just got the prison some hours ago before getting to sleep and now I wanted to start the following quest... Argh

I was just able to log in my secondary city this morning but once I switched to my primary one iI was kicked out. I wish I started the other way round....

The prison builds right away, if that makes you feel better. Have your pig ready if you have it, or homer, to catch the felon. Spoiler...

I did get in, btw, and I got my insta-build prison

I'm a little disturbed at how well it matches Krustylu.

Anyway, looks like just a temporary blip for the servers. Hopefully everyone else can get on!
