I am having an issue with the latest update. When Radioactive Man goes into the brown house my screen goes black. I read that a video is supposed to load but, alas no video. I have restarted the game a couple times but always get the same result... Any thoughts?

I had the same problem.
What worked for me was quitting all apps and powering down my phone. Then I turned it back on and relaunched the game.
Downloaded the newest update, now when I log in, I get a notice that "your other device didn't save your springfield".
I don't have another device!
Powered off, and I get the same message. Now what?
My Kindle hasn't downloaded the superhero update, although it has changed the game icon to the superhero version. Any idea what's wrong? Is the Kindle update just not ready?
During TSTO actions against the second felon produces. Homer became detached from the felon. The felon is wandering all over Springfield, but Homer is just sitting there. Currently, the first felon is being chased by Fallout Boy and there is one heart left. The second felon (the one that is detached from Homer) has three hearts left.
I cannot start "Put Lisa in fake danger" quest. I tried stashing and unstashing both treehouse and Milhouse house but that didn't help. My login is adiq_ambro
Try contacting Customer Support using the link near the bottom of this page. Wait for it to load, then click 'Help with a Game', scroll right until you find Tapped Out and click on that. Scroll to the bottom of the next page and click 'Contact Us'.
Select your platform and click 'Next'. Under 'Select a Topic' choose the appropriate choice, then put a brief description in the 'Please tell us a little more about your issue' box. Click 'Next'.
Select how you would like to contact Customer Support. Your best bet is a call back by phone, but be prepared to wait longer than the estimated time.

That happens all the time. It just means the game save on your device and the one on the server don't match. Just hit Play Anyway (or whatever the button says).
I haven't been able to log in to my game on both ios and galaxy since 10 pm last night. anyone got the same problem?
Are you playing over home network? Whenever I have a problem connecting to the server - which is at least once a day - here's what usually works for me:
Exit the game.
Close the game completely:
For iOS: double tap the home button and swipe the app up off screen (older iOS tap and hold app icon, tap red dash)
For Android: Tap Background Apps button (the square to the right of the Home button) then swipe app off screen.
Do the same for all other apps as well.
Update any apps that need updating. I know this sounds odd, but it seems to help.
Turn off device.
Turn off your wireless router (assuming you have a router)
Turn off your Internet Access Device (Modem). For me that's a satellite modem. Could be a Cable modem, whatever...
Wait 15 to 30 seconds.
Turn on Internet Access Device and let it boot completely.
Turn on router.
Turn on device (I'm using both an iPad 2 and a Nexus 7 to play).
Start game.
If that doesn't work... Try going somewhere else like a library, restaurant, friend's house, etc where they have wifi and try connecting there.

Try this:
Go to the Neighborhood and log out.
Close the game completely (I don't know how to do this on Kindle)
Un-install the game.
Turn your device off and wait at least 15 seconds.

I'm not that far into the event yet, I only have the first felon...
What happens when you go to Krustyland or the Neighborhood and return?

Okay, I still don't have my second felon but...
I had Fallout Boy attacking the first felon. That finished. Then I sent Homer for the second round and... Homer is standing in one place throwing pies, occasionally flashing into his normal skin for a split second, while the felon roams around reacting like he's being hit with pies. The activity monitor shows they're still on task though.
i got the update everything was fine then i went to neighbors to do the event stuff and my game shut off. Now everytime i log back into the app it still says lvl 35 on the home screen but when i tap to start playing it brings me to the original video with homer blowing up the town. After the video it goes to an empty springfield like a new game but instantly goes to bart screen and sends me back to main menu. Anyone ever had this issue? Very strange, i hope i didnt lose my whole game.
recently, my Tablet glitched while i was playing The Simpsons, Tapped out. normally this isn't a problem, however when i tried to log back in, it has restarted me from the beginning of the game. i was previously a LVL 26 (last i recall) but no matter how i try to log in or log out it continues to place me right at the very beginning when Homer first blows up the town.

A. Tap the logout button instead of the screen. Close the game. Close the game completely. Close all background apps. Shut off your device. Wait at least 15 seconds, then turn it back on. Start the game and log in.
B. Play the anonymous game until you get to the part where you can go to the neighborhood and log in from there.

how can i fix this please?
Moon.
A. Turn off the auto lock on your device and let it just sit there several times and it will eventually fix itself.
B. Contact Customer Support using the link near the bottom of the page.
B. Play the anonymous game until you get to the part where you can go to the neighborhood and log in from there.
C. Un-install and re-install the game.
Hopefully one of these will fix it.
B. Wait until tomorrow and try again. This just happens sometimes. It's annoying.
