When logging in I was offered in game cash as log in bonus, not pies. Maybe this will change as I hadn't started the Clownface part II quest.

It's from my feeder town. I usually don't rush anything in my main town. Especially not in this event, since Issue 1 was that easy...
You were able to collect currency right away, so no delay in collecting pie bombs from signals and criminals and convicts. 8)
Interestingly, neighbours still show normal crims - esp Other Springfield. Also I still have the occasional normal crim popping up. Maybe from storage.
Can someone give us a grid size of the bank please? If the pic is taken in edit mode THEN it will show dimensions.
I'd like to plan its placement. It looks pretty big. I was hoping it'd be no more than 6x10. Hmmm where to put that...
This is not my experience. I'm getting all pies.
I am too....BUT....I am randomly getting 1 pie or 3 pies from different buildings
I got pies from everyone too, but with one of my neighbours I could only find one building with a phone even if there were still buildings without the illuminated sign but no phone were visible... And I still have a credit for two actions and I was able to tap 3 criminals... (I always start my visit by tapping 3 buildings)

Where did you get the info about 13 days left for issue/phase 2? Couldn't find that info in LPNintendoITA walkthrough...
Just click on the trophy icon as of now we have a 13 days plus some hours before phase 3 gets unlock. Since it seems like you need the last prize of phase 2 to start phase 3 if you want to start phase 3 as soon as it is available then yes you need to be done in 13 days. That being said even if you are not done with phase 2 in 13 days you can still continue since people who are not yet done with phase 1 still can collect rods.

This bank is designed like a much older building, with large block wall construction and single-hung door on the corner. They are typically found on a main street corner, so I pushed Costington's back a block. (You can see Mr. C is not happy)
I also shuffled the post office, Truffle, and TV studio to make this happen. Construction is underway! See where they poured concrete for the vault? Haha I love this part of the game!
I think I'll add meters to that municipal lot. City needs money, and there will be more demand with the department store across the street. :P
