Yeah I heard he had cancer a while ago and he was told he had months to live. It's so sad. Thoughts with his family.

Sad news and so young. When I was young I thought 59 was really old. Now I'm in my 50's and it still feels pretty young.

He was the writer to Matt Groening's artist, helping to forge some of the fundamentals that the show still holds to this day.

He will be missed. It won't be the same without him.
