Conform-o-meter & other bonuses; are you actually benifiting?

I have always had the Conform-o-Meter bonus from the first day I started the game.
The bonuses for Premium Objects didn't work for a long time but that was fixed with a recent update. (The Christmas update, I think?)
I've sometimes wondered if they were REALLY giving the bonus for all of those free reindeer they gave out after Christmas. But at this point I've got all of the premium items and multiples of many of them and the Christmas freebies added approximately 30 reindeer and I just can't even begin to figure out how much I'm SUPPOSED to be getting now.
But I know I'm getting a healthy bonus on all of the jobs my characters do.

Note that everything rounds up, so sometimes you'll get a bigger bonus or not notice a difference. i.e. 1% bonus on $5 is rounded to $6; 10% bonus on $5 is rounded also to $6.
That makes almost absolutely no Sence but It makes sence..
You seem to be confusing things. The bonus is 5%, not 5x. Those are very different things.
If you tap on the most expensive payout/task, that will give you the best idea what your exact bonus is. You may get a $25 bonus on a $100 payout, but only a $73 bonus on a $300 payout. That would mean that your actual bonus is closer to 24% (between 24.05 and 24.30). But on a $100 payout, your bonus of $24.05 is rounded up to $25.
