My guess is probably a lot of people.

Probably. I think it would be transparent to most people.

if it was an outside task that involved an object or another character, like to annoy, then you would see something going on.

But I doubt they would ever make it completely invisible if they did, maybe a outline or more transparent than Maude.

All of his tasks are outdoors and totally inappropriate. They are just invisible.

Now, shimmery or translucent would be cool. Like the Predator. He'd be harder to find than a Leprechaun or the Guinea pig.
