What's happened to this forum?

Prev1
it does seem to be bit slow as of late perhaps it's fatigue from the current event, it's been lots of fun, but time consuming.

making a "we need new land" sticky has cut down on 13% of the new threads alone.

There's not really too much to discuss with this current event. It's not like there's any strategy that needs to be employed or talked about. It's just tap.

sadly there have been a couple bad apples that have driven away forum regulars. Everything is a cycle. As attrition takes place, new members will replace the old.

You've motivated me to crawl out from my rock and say "Hello, all!".

Enjoying this game and another, so time is limited, as mentioned above.

    And I appreciate this forum!

Sometimes people don't post to the forum for fear of mean PMs.

I read the forum everyday and don't post often. It is normally more active in the beginning of an event. This one has been pretty long with not too much to discuss.

Used to post a lot, but I mostly just check in once or twice a day to catch up on what's new. The reason for me to stop posting had in most parts to do with fatigue of playing the game itself. It was right around the Clash if Clans event I got tired of playing and I even quit playing for nearly 2 months.
In addition to the fatigue I have grown tired of a few members on here, especially on that kept on sending me PM's, claiming that I had stolen his username and made a Twitter account with it. But this is only a partial reason for posting less.

So in my case, the less contributing to the forum is due to the tiredness of playing this game for +3 years. I am sure a lot of other people feel the same. I used to have 100 neighbours in the first TSTO christmas event, of which only 4 of them are still active. Everyone else stopped playing over the years, many of them I have met on this forum.

I don't normally post on this section but I think it's still the same a lot of threads being made regular. But the forum in general is quite well on Ot anyway but it will come good in the end
