Should we hoard for Issue 4? (collect felons, etc)

As far as we know there will be no crafting but I am pretty sure felons are staying. If I were you I would get all the felons down to one heart then if you still need more for the doughnuts kill one and then get another in you town and get that one to one heart. Thats what I ma going to be doing after I get the final prize later tonight. The only disadvantage to that is that you cant get anymore handcuffs to craft stuff... So I guess you have to make a choice.

Just curious what level are you at? This question sounds open ended as we do not know what building level your SQ is at and how many Freeze rays you are aquiring on average a day. We have until late Monday night so as they said get them down to one heart, though they are limited as to how many you can have at one time as well. As for going all out, that is what i'd do, grind the event to the end and yes do all of your friends towns as well you may get donuts from one of them depending on your friend level.

i average about one to two of the donut super bonuses daily, and that is without sitting on the game all day. Though I am a freemium player so i tend not to speed things up much using them. Also is there any item or things you are worried about not getting? As for crafting I hope they dont have any in the next phase as i have built 3 or 4 of each building and a ton of phone booths. With 7 days for phase hope not lol

Hmm interesting I guess I wont be hoarding felons then. I wonder what we will be tapping since all the criminals will be going away.

The is a maximum on felons. I attempted & wouldn't let me have more than Heroes to fight them. So will stop fighting them the day before. Also will stop tapping thieves as well. Would think there's a maximum of them as well.

Because I am trying to craft as many lofts and apartments as possible I will not be hoarding felons this time. And even though I couldn't play for 3 days last week, I still managed to catch up so I'm not stressing about Issue 4.

Could be something new just like hunting Feds at Christmas event changed to hunting elves.

The entire event was supposed to end on March 31st so we'll only have a week to unlock all three prizes. Hopefully, it won't be one of those impossible tasks like getting to Elf Cannon Level 20.

I think there's another building (sort of) that everyone has to build, because the next event currency is obviously connected to it.

Haven't felt a need to take drastic measures for this event. Very happy about it too I might add.

I thought this event was finally over tommorrow. I was wondering how issue 4 was going to come into play, since it's suppose to end tommorrow. First event I ever just gave up on, and I've played every event since the beginning.

So we should craft all we can today, before number 4 arrives ? no more chances to craft after that ?

If there are no criminals/felons after the Issue 4 update, how will we be reaching the goals? I don't suppose there's any speculation on that? I'd have thought we'd be collecting something and wouldn't it make sense for it to be an updated type of criminal like issues 1-3?
