Need to be able to 'cut' and 'paste' segments

I've thought the same thing while trying to move areas with fencing and trees the way I like them. It would be nice if you could just weld all of it together and then pick it all up and move it in one go.

You should vote yes in my Area Select Tool thread.

Not like it will ever accomplish anything, but we can show solidarity in wanting it.

I agree, would make it so much easier to design and redesign. Pretty sure I've voted yes in the area select thread as well.

That would be great. I want to redesign but hate the idea of rebuilding areas I'm really happy with.

i need to move my entire down 1 row down, and half the town 2 rows down

ARRGGHH!!!!

it's silly because the space I would free up would actually translate to me spending donuts (like buying Springfield sign mountains and placing near the mountains)

meh I guess EA don't want easy money
