I've got the same problem. I took the game off my iPad and then put it back on and I was able to log in once but now I have the same problem again. The game starts to load and then I'm back to my iPad home screen.
Having similar issues. I've been able to start the Terwilliger Event and started building Monsarno, but haven't been able to log back in since late last night.
Game was working fine until about 3 days ago, when I started having problems with my Family Guy game, too. Can't log into either one, both say "cannot connect to server". I play several other games and they work fine, just these two are acting up. Have tried absolutely everything, afraid I'm going to have to wait for some kind of update for both.
Anyone have any idea why these games are acting up? I'm on a Nexus 7, wondering if there was some kind of Android update that isn't compatible with them? I have no clue anymore.

Crashed me out yesterday noon and will not let me back on. Crashes on the home screen. Also it makes me log in to Origin each an every time I try to get on. An update for the game later in the day, so I figured it was an issue you were aware of and it would be fixed with said update...but no. Still logs me out of Origin each time. I also have to download the update each time to see if you've fixed it, which in turn costs me my data usage no doubt which isn't ideal. But same score. Download update, log in, tells me i'll lose progress from not saving previous (from the original crash no doubt) and then crashes out while the dohnut is spinning before it loads springfield. Occasionally crashes the second i click the app. Basically it's all kindsa of not working. This is on my Samsung Phone and on the kindle... brocked across both platforms.

I've just logged in and everything's in storage all my donuts have gone, deleted the app and tried to reinstall and it keeps failing. It's a joke, have I lost everything half way through level 54.
The game wont download the update fully, keeps saying cant connect to servers after a few seconds, wont even let me log in before disconnect message pops up. ive lost days now on this update thanks to this.
I have been having this issue a bit longer then today. It's going on for the past two weeks almost. More often then not I cannot connect to the server since the new updates. I think I have had approximately three days of gameplay in all during this period. :roll:
I'm having issues with my game just shutting down after I try to log in. As well, I'm unable to login while I'm on wifi, I have to disconnect and use my phones data before I can connect.
Not been able to play at all since update, in fact the updates haven't even installed, just gets to 16.9mb and loses connection to the server. Any idea on a fix for this? It's annoying the life out of me
Was working fine on Android Kindle device today July 31st , then it auto updated this afternoon and each time the game gets to the Origin login logo, it crashes . I've cleaned the cache , and reset 5 times to attempt a fix. Nothing is getting past the Origin Login screen . Patch the game again so it works .
I am having a similar issue, I have been playing as an anonymously player and now when I try an open Tapped out on my iPhone it starts loading I get the very fist screen with the EA game and grace films etc. then it closes and I cant get any further. Any help would be great...

I keep getting a popup that won't let me Start the game:
Connect to iTunes to use push notifications.
But I can't find anyThing that will turn that off.
Any suggestions?
