during normal play when friends can tag some of your buildings, my Righteousness rating seems to fluctuate greatly. Will go from 5 stars to 1 and back up to 4 than down back down to 1. During the Bob event it's constantly been 5 stars in my level 49 Springfield. I also stopped using the red brick walls that have been tagged. In regards to training walls, I have 1.

police cars help too as I recall, but those cost d'nuts.

training walls are the prevailing method.

Useful for construction, easy to hide if you need to stash them.

I have only one training wall and have my 5 stars.....do have 4 police cars.

The Police Station, SWAT van, and the penitentiary all affect it. I don't know if either of the two recent prisons do.

Also, if you have that Nativity Scene from Winter 2014, you might want to put that out.
