Got Community Donuts...and lost them again!

    Placing my name here, lost doughnuts in two towns. I don't remember how many doughnuts I had in my main town, so I can't be sure if that town lost them as well. Since I now have three towns, I think I'll just wait it out.

    They might be unable to because people keep contacting them about this issue, when they don't need to. It'll all get sorted.

    That is a catch 22. if people don't contact them about an issue they don't know it's an issue. Once a flood of complaints come in they know it's an issue.

    First post...

    I contacted EA via chat and was immediately connected. He had me log out of my account so he could add the donuts back in. I'm all set.

    This was my experience this morning as well.

    Donuts are gone. I don't have the time to contact EA support since they don't communicate via email.

    Received the Community Prize donuts but they've disappeared.

    Mine are gone as well :/ Time to contact EA yet again. It just takes a lot of time, too much explaining, and hoping that the person on the other end trusts in what you are saying.

    I was waiting for these donuts so I could by the Nixon hotel. After getting the 10 donuts I had 155. Bought the hotel for 150 (should have left me with 5) but I have 145 & I have the hotel!! So the hotel only cost me 10 donuts. Just to be clear, definately not rubbing it in but thought it worth mentioning as it's obviously linked to the donut issue as I've reverted back to to number of donuts I had so lost them along with everyone else but also still got the building I bought before the donuts were lost. (I've added this to the other donut issue thread)

    I contacted EA via chat and was immediately connected. He had me log out of my account so he could add the donuts back in. I'm all set.

    This was my experience this morning as well.

    Not me, I contacted EA, the missing donuts were not awarded back to my account, and they are "going to escalate case to the our specialist team, they will investigate over this issue."

    I don't know why I got criticism for just POINTING OUT that EA sent me an email saying case closed. I didn't ask for it.

    I just did what many have already done - contacted live chat - hoping I would get my donuts back. There are many posts from players who did that and got their donuts back.

    I had no intention of opening a case - thought it would all be sorted thru live chat. Was surprised to get an email closing a case. EA sent this, not me. I thought it was an inappropriate response that's why I posted it on here. Criticism is unnecessary.

    My experience as well. They wanted to know when it happened but the donuts were replaced immediately.

    Same for me. It was really fast as I guess a lot of people are contacting support about this.
