You know you're between events or level ups when...
........you finally have a bit of time to stop and smell the roses in neighbours towns to appreciate the astonishing creativity and skill people have!
Also, I would be using this time for tweaks if I wasnt anticipating the upcoming gorgeousness!
one thing is for sure...... my quahog better get set for some serious neglect.......and my donut account for some serious filling up

i didn't kill the zombies that were spawning and i didn't cure the bit Springfielders. was kinda neat were everyone was walking around as zombies
But I also have a lot of new real estate to buy. And then landscape. I have more to do than I can afford.
In fact, my waterfront, low-rent, freeway, and mansion areas all have opportunities for designing, thanks to the land added or the last event prizes. And now they want to add a new expansion district? Holy moley it's like the game was reborn.
No idle time here!
My Quahog has been abandoned since the Star Trek event ended. I don't have time for both towns anymore especially when events are going on in both towns. Haven't deleted it yet, though.
I agree with you about stopping and smelling the roses in neighbors towns. My neighbors have some very nice towns!
Similarly I did that during the last Halloween so they were wearing their costumes for months XD
I must admit that FG policy of making you buy principal quest characters is grating on me now..... there have been times when you cant actually complete an event without real money..... star trek was a case in point.
