  i like dumped all my building i want to upgrade in one corner. Once they're fully upgraded i store them.

  My classic mansions are lined up to look like town houses and they form the perfect break (in my opinion anyway) between the mansions and shopping districts

  Storage if you don't want the hidden XP bonus; which is a lot (150% with 10 of each building type). Otherwise get the land, including the beach area, and leave them out. You can put them in SF also.

  Each Modern Mansion has a 5% xp bonus. The deluxe condo has only 1%
