I was just watching last years' Treehouse of Horror, and I'd love to get some of the demons as playable characters, particularly the child guilty of Docetism, the mean girls, Beelzebart's teacher, and the Skinner/Chalmers demon.

Not sure if it's been said yet, but I'd like to see Donut Homer Skin.
A couple example tasks could be
-Eat his forbidden Donut head: 1 hour task
-Try not to eat sweet and tasty donut head: 4 hour task
-Beg Devil Flanders for his head Back: 8 hour task (Joint task: Homer and Devil Flanders)
-Hide from Wiggum, Ed and Lou: 12 hour task
-Get chased by Springfield Police Department: 24 hour task (Joint task: Homer, Wiggum, Ed & Lou) Police chasing him with batons, and stopping for breaks when exhausted.

We've never had skins for Patty and Selma but be good to involve those less used Springfielders.
