No donuts and restarted rail yard tasks again

every week it restarts from 0 with new set of prize. it says at the bottom of that screen:

    Thanks LPnintendo, I hadn't noticed that, I had gotten the rail yard and for a couple of days was working through to Donuts but didn't notice the days counting down, it says 6 days so all good, does this continue after the update?

    This same thing happened to me on the morning of Thursday, Sept. 24. I didn't think anything of it other than having to start the 'week' over again, but I noticed today my game says the rail yard will reset in 51d!

    No response...? Am I the only one seeing this?

    Anyway, "worried" tomorrow the rail yard will not reset for the week...

    I've not seen or heard anyone else on the forum mention anything even close to what you posted in your screen shot, all that I can suggest is that you contact EA support and see if they can reset the railcard for you as I'd guess you're going to end up either missing out on track pieces or donuts maybe even both and that's just not on

    Just checked, but fortunately my game indicates 15+hours before reset.
    If it doesn't reset for you tomorrow I would contact EA to have them investigate and correct it.

    Hope it works out for you.

    Glad it's not just me! If it's still there in the morning, I'll reach out to EA, but last week when I chatted with them they said the game was acting properly. Obviously, it wasn't but I couldn't prove it since it hadn't passed the reset on Tuesday.

    We will see...

    I contacted EA via the chat thingie and the person had no clue. She had me uninstall/reinstall, log out, try on a different device, check iTunes for an update...none of it worked.

    I chatted with EA early this morning and, after I told him I did everything you said you had done (which I had done part of that already), he said there would be an update within 24 hours addressing this issue.

    So, now we wait...

    The Gil update didn't fix my Rail Yard problem.

    If I was you then I'd contact support again as they obviously had a chance to put out a fix with the Gil offer and octoberfest thing and as if it's possible to reset the railyard manually as you are looking out on the possibility to make track for the monorail, might also be worth mentioning that you will also be losing out on the bonus donuts too.

    I have contacted them twice. Yesterday, when the Gil update didn't fix it, I was told it could take 7-14 days for a specialist to get back to me and not to contact them again until after I hear from the specialist. :evil:

    7-14 days?!?!?! That's insane.

    Yesterday morning I had contacted them again and they referred me to a specialist as well, but wouldn't give me a timeframe. I've been waiting on 'chat hold' this morning to see if I can get some better info.

    devilhunt1449 is right... we're missing out on the extra track, the bonuts and the potential of them rolling our games back to who knows when.

    Not cool.

    I ended up calling to see what was going on. The guy tried a few things to no avail. Ended up giving me 10 donuts and an assurance of an escalation to get it fixed. It may require a rollback, but he said they'll make sure things that are there will still be there.

    He thought by early next week, but not a problem to continue playing along. They would be able to reset the pieces back if they need to do a rollback.

    Hopeful.

    Just thought I'd update here... after being contacted over the weekend by an EA Specialist, I've heard nothing. I've emailed a couple of times and have heard nothing.

    I've started the Halloween stuff and am really hoping the solution is not rolling the game back and things going away (aka, having to start over).

    What is interesting, is the rail yard now says it will reset in the same timeframe as the Halloween event.
