I had to Google that as I never heard it before. Interesting.
But you do have two traffic lights and two motorcycles. Plus Vodka made
from 60,000 year old glaciers.

We actually have more than two traffic lights - we have four;-) The two motorcycle thing is correct, though, as it is illegal to import motorcycles to Greenland, so the two that are here, are from before the ban.
I would love to see these in RL. I've never experienced "Autumn" but I think THESE are real pictures and not photoshop.
Annette, Pittsburgh is nothing but tress and I grew up in West Virginia- More tree's. I have never seen anything like that photo before and suspect Photoshop as well unless it's what fall look s like more north and east of me.
EDIT: as a photographer I could do that effect rather easily.

I live in northern New England. We do get some beautiful foliage. These do seem a bit bright, but could be the sun angle and from a perfect summer. Some years it is stunning. Right now, due to the "drought" (nothing like California's though) the colors are already very muted. It dont think it will be a good year. If I was better at posting pics, I would try to dig some of mine out, which I know are real. I am sure not as nice as John's, since I am not a pro.
Annette, check out the state websites for Vermont and for New Hampshire. They will have lots there since it is big tourism time. And, be happy you don't have to rake these when they fall!

Hey John, sorry if that came across weird. That is NEVER my intent.
I was trying to agree with your point, that the trees could have been from the northeast. Or, as Jody mentioned, could be Michigan. Or many places, really.

I live in New Hampshire and the colors can be quite stunning, especially in the White Mountains. As Pichu said, this year isn't supposed to be very good due to the drought. After living here for 23 years, I don't look forward to the fall colors anymore because I know what comes next. I hope this winter won't be as bad as the last one with over 100 inches of snow and sub-freezing temps for weeks on end.

No, I didn't - I live in Greenland = no trees.

And we have ice cream too, made from glacier ice.
Those look a lot more real. That blueish purple colour on the first pic does not exist on real trees. Especially not on trees without leaves.
 you never experienced autumn... I live close by a small forest and autumn is so much fun (exept the cold)
yep that's Pittsburgh for 9 months of the year
EDIT: I always forget how flat Chicago is. Been there a few times too.
