  Notifications is off. But the thing still pops up including the regular tasks. Regular tasks is cool but check your town pops up as soon as u leave the app.

  I'm so sorry but that's the only solution I know. I haven't seen/heard anything else that will solve this annoying thing. Anyone else want to take a swing at this?
