formless terror re-animation

couldn't that just be what it looks like when somebody drops multiple horrors on you? You can have more than 10, it's just the counter only loads to 10 when you're in a town

so I dropped 10 formless terrors in my B town from my A town (10 is the limit before you get the your neighbor's town is full message) when I went to clear them out, it was click one, the 2nd would spawn in the same place, repeat

basically don't rule out that someone gave you multiple formless terrors (I don't know that they did, but I got the same spawning appearance that OP described and I know that I was given multiple terrors by the same person (because I was that person

also, as mentioned, the formless terrors display the name of the person who dropped them (and I don't see any way that clicking on snakes or zombies in the neighbor towns benefits the neighbors

(also, friends visits took a very long time (each town loaded, and then it flashed and reloaded a dark window version...it was so slow is that the only way to earn formless terrors?

yea i get your point but

i would hope if there was really something we could take advantage of that it would be shared as quick as possible so everyone can get some.

i like that you are testing this out

the person that gave me this glitch also gave me many other terrors that did not do this

so for me the collection happened both ways. some were seperate some were re-animating

i have only had 3 different people give me them and the other two only dropped 1

I think I have figured this out (apologies if it has already been posted, but I'm tired and didn't see it).

The re-animation may not be a glitch, rather it is related to how fast you tap it once your neighbour has released it in your town. There may be a timer on it that expires after a certain amount of hours (we've seen this in the past). If the neighbour just dropped it then it re-animates a few times, thus you are getting a larger payout from tapping it quickly and your neighbour is as well (as a reward for dropping it in the first place).

The longer it remains in your town, the less it re-animates and the less your payout is (and the payout your neighbour receives). If the timer expires because you have not tapped it (or are not in your town for the amount of time it takes to expire or longer) then your neighbour gets a small payout for dropping it, but you get nothing.

Hope that makes sense.

This is how it seemed to me too. The only glitch i see with this character is the lag in the frame rate making them hard to tap. They are more slippery than the big green mutant seeds from Monsarno!

Ok, so I just sent my other game 4 Formless Terrors. As I watched 4 of them appeared in my town on my street. I started chasing them, tapped the first and it regenerated. Tapped another one and it regenerated, tapped it a third time and it regenerated, tapped it a fourth time... That was it. No more Terrors to be found in my town.

So it looks like tapping a regenerated one counts as tapping any of them.
