Game crashing at load up

  I had the same problem ever since the THOH update. I had to download a old apk version the load the game and nuke my entire springfield and then update to THOH to get it to work. Then the Rebuild Begins!!!

  Mine is still down as well , been trying to log in since yesterday morning. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing the cache but nothing seems to work.

  THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR 4 DAYS NOW. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE PROBLEM EA?! MAYBE IF I TYPE IN CAPS YOU'LL BE ABLE TO READ THIS AND FIX OUR GAME. WE CAN'T EVEN LOG IN. THANKS E, GEE YOU'RE THE BEST EVER. BEST FRIENDS FOR LIFE....

  I am unable to log in too this morning after being fine since the update!
  
  However a message appeared before i got to enter my log in details in but im not sure what that message was as i just pressed it presuming it was the usual message that appears after you have logged in about the game not saving etc etc.
  
  I cannot log into any of my 3 accounts! Not impressed.

  I was playing now, built a new building, started a quest and the game went down.
  I restartet my Android phone, my account is logged in but my progress is all lost: it introduces me to the game again with Homer... What to do?
