I have been playing on two accounts, two different devices. Yesterday my G4 suddenly decided it wasnt going to load. The game has been removed, reloaded, cache flushed, removed, reloaded, loaded onto my Ipad3, and STILL refuses to open. I have lost all the prizes that should had been awarded yesterday and since STILL cannot get the game to load today, am losing all those prizes and awards as well.

I have been playing since the game came out, and this is ridiculous. I have spent hundreds of dollars in real cash playing over the years.
I tried to get onto 'help chat' for literally HOURS. No one ever came on the chat. EVER. I let the chat window sit open for over 2 hours, no one ever responded. I tried all hours and NOTHING. I know everyone I had ever talked to before was in India, so even checked the time there, it was 7am- 2pm, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE CHAT.
I was playing my game crafting the K rusty burger facade and my game booted me out. Now I try and launch the game and I can't make it past the loading screen ... after it finds my EA ID. Have tried on both my devices and nothing happens.
My game is stuck in the syncing session and cant get out. When i exit and open it, the same thing occurs. And it's been like that for 7 hours. Pls fix it !
Starts to load and then kicks me out. I've tried logging in using iPhone and android phones on different networks and wifi on cable. Nothing seems to be working.
same here guys.. started tonight.. cannot get past load screen. App crashes entirely.
Waited for over an hour for a chat session with EA... ended up making them call me... they will "email" me to continue the discussion... which I am very skeptical of, whenever you get a phone rep, they never resolve anything.
nice job EA.. I have been playing for three years and in my favorite event of the year (Halloween) you have this error that keeps me from playing.
I have not been able to log in on my G4 account all week. I was told by the EA help rep who 'returned' my call, that EA was well aware of the issue and it would be resolved as soon as I installed the 'next' update. That was Tuesday Morning. I installed the update. Nothing. In fact I now am booted out even quicker than before!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:
It used to progress to the tap to continue stage, then rotating donut, then after 2-5 seconds bounced me off saying "Unfortunately Tapped Out has stopped." Now it just knocks me off totally.
I am losing all the Halloween events, items etc. I have been playing on this device since fall of 2013!! My other account, which I started when the game came out, (clooless2000) works fine on my iPad3. So far.
I was able to previously log onto the account with the issue, hawaiianrn. After the recent update, my iPad3 immediately boots me totally out of TSTO without even giving me the option to report, or click OK. :roll: :shock:
The EA help person said he doesnt think EA is even going to offer any type of compensation, or rewarding of any of the prizes I have lost thus far, or will continue to lose :!: :!: :!: :!: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :x :x :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:
Glad I'm not the only one going out of their minds. I've been trying to load for over a day . Keep getting the can connect to server ! Ahhhhh it's the Halloween update, my favorite! I'm missing out on the challenges.....gah ! I've tried to uninstall and reinstall noooppe. Has anyone heard when a fix is coming ?
4 days agon, when I did the job of the new Kodos (or is it Kang) skin, the one with Smithers. Then visited some friends and when I wanted to go back to my town, it stopped loading. Never loaded the game again since then. Tried everything.
Now, 2 updates later I would have hope it was fixed, but still nothing...
Still waiting for an update that will let me play again. Yesterday I called to see if they had any news and they told me an official notice from EA had been released like half an hour before I called and that they were working on it and it was supposed to be solved today, but...
I'd like to know if they will give us an extension to finish the event since we have not been able to log in for quite a while now. And the 20 donuts from the Shopkeeper's challenges, since I would have been able to clear them all if it wasn't for the bug.

That's good to know, hope when we finally get to load the game the 20 doughnuts will be there.
It's been almost 24 hours since I could login. I get to the screen to "Tap here to continue". It looks like it will open - then the game just closes. I'm so sad and having withdrawals. My poor children have been at the campfire for a day without a break! My husband can play with no problems - same phone as me.
Same issue as everyone here (just want my name in the queue) - As of last night - all of a sudden I can not log into Tapped Out. I tried on my iPhone and iPad, upgraded the ios software to the latest, checked for any new updates of the game and nothing. I was playing at 8pm last night and had just sent Bart and Milhouse on their Halloween task (Milhouse to convince Bart to ultra prank) and the game shut down. Now, I can get the loading screen and the login screen. As soon as I hit 'Tap to Continue' the donut spins for a moment and the app closes. Getting withdrawal shakes. Shopkeeper challenge withering away. Long running challenges getting less feasible. Help please.
8pm finally was back online - hoping I can recover the week's progress. Didn't do anything so assume was something on EA's end. Good luck to the rest of you
