Woke up to the update this morning (UK) and it's my busiest day of the year so won't able to play much . However it's downloaded and have the first lot of kids piling snow. I'll really have to get into it tomorrow. Hopefully the walkthrough and tips will be up by then (hint hint).
Love it so far! I do wish we could control the currency crafting like in part one of the Halloween event, but I'm guessing most goals and crafting will be fairly easily attainable without it. I am curious about whether we'll get a sweet donut award for completing the daily tasks. Fingers crossed!
Loving it. Plenty to do and a whole ton of new content. Huzzah my only (tiny) gripe is that, so far, the amount of prezzies we can give to neighbours makes me feel a bit like Scrooge
Looks great, loving it so far. My only complaint is they're once again using the same characters for new tasks that are already in high demand for the monorail bonuts and the SH crafting. I really wish they'd tweak it to use some of the 70 plus unused character I have standing around doing nothing instead of spreading the same 20 characters so thin ><

1. More crafting? Seriously? They should start calling it Crafted Out
2. How many different tasks can you have going on? Way too much! Why is Millhouse needed for 3 different tasks?

4. The annoying long tasks needed to complete the Snowman and whatever it is they are gonna let us build after that. Requiring you to keep everyone open and on insanely long tasks when added up

I'm not angry but yeah I fall into this camp, plus this is my 4th xmas and this one does not feel like a x-mas event to me yet.

Crafting is so boring. I wish they'd change things up again and bring in a wheel-esque type game. Grinding is something anyone can do which make the events tedious.
I was hoping the choice between naughty/nice would mean you might get a cool prize in some of the presents.

So many characters they added. It definitely makes up for the lackluster Halloween event where we got no new characters.
