Daily challenge - craft tree lot. Already have it but challenge not completing

    This is absolutely ridiculous, I bought the crafting as soon as it came out how could they possibly have expected NO ONE to have bought it over the two days that it's been available? We needed it for even currency this is insanity they had better fix this!

    Oh, this is not good news :(. I did wonder whether I should wait seeing as it is one of the weekly tasks, but I thought nah, why stick it in the store if you can't craft it beforehand - but I'm sure it will be fixed...... You have to admire my optimism :D

    Seriously...... This is sooooooo annoying from EA and I hope they will fix this bug asap

    We've had worse problems in the past and got through them. I'm no programmer but I don't think it would be a hard thing to fix.

    Not panicing/going crazy yet....I'm sure the nice folks at EA are all out doing their Christmas shopping on this, the last weekend before Christmas. They're out buying nice sensible gifts like socks and shirts and massive lumps of coals for everyone on their lists. Come Monday they'll be back in the office, see the error they made, and spit take their eggnog in laughter at all us poor TSTO players hoping fora speedy resolution.

    In no way have I ever been burned by EA before.

    We need this fixed ASAP.
    There isn't any way to actually contact EA at that site, or at least not that I've seen. All paths lead to "answer HQ", aka "fob off support on the community so we can ignore it".

    (It might be a regional thing.)

    Take a picture of the WC screen and a picture of the Crafting screen. They like visual aids.

    Hopefully its because you guys are early. Things were screwed up at Halloween too until the real time rolled around.

    Well they have had to scramble to fix "unforeseen problems" in other events. When the mass of humanity hits the call center tomorrow it will probably be fixed pretty quick.

    I managed to use the CHAT function. It can be fiddly getting to it sometimes, but if you google "Chat Live EA Help" you should find it real quick.

    Do get in and complain. EA are really inconsistent about doling out donuts. This time I got 15 awarded to me (Why not 20!?!?). Other times I've been handed out 0 and come on here to find out some people got as much as 50. It is a lottery, just resolve to be happy if you get none, and then you will be really happy if you got any. The good news for me, is that if it is fixed, I will get enough to get the Rabbi's daughter added to me town. And if not, well, then I really have to hope for Itunes for XMAS AND a gil deal.

    I would imagine/hope that EA arrange a fix for this. Most players don't use the forums and even though I do I don't read the walkthroughs are strategy threads. I was playing the game as Act 2 dropped and had the tree place crafted within a couple of minutes when I realised it paid out event currency.

    I'd imagine there are a huge numbers of players in the same situation.

    I was going to ask the same question...no wonder many have same problem with me...already craft the tree before the challenge...then,what should i do??

    wait for ea to fix the problem. it's not you alone, everybody has same issue.

    You can't finish the WCs in a day (without donuts - but then what would be the point?)

    Martin has 12 hours of work one day, and Cletus and Ned 16 each on different days.
