I think promotion day is still about 12 hours away.
For those who are unaware, to have your own custom avatar on these forums, you need to "promoted" by the system. It's based on your activity. If you post a lot around the 19th, 20th, and 21st, there's a good chance you'll get a PM from the system letting you know.
