The only new buildings I see (not counting the Limited Timed ones) are:
Escalator To Nowhere - $1000000
Popsicle Stick Skyscraper - $2000000
I am still level 25.
And was maxed out untill I installed the update.
After that I was told because I was maxed out I could select 1 of 3 boxes and receive a random amount of donuts.
My XP level is now 22011 / 126000.
I hope this wasn't optional, I rather be level 26 and have access to Ralph.

Same thing happened to me except my XP level was different. I still am not able to access the friends I had, only a few who added me (a blessing) recently. I have been able to tap them, but no one has returned the tap. I'm guessing they cannot connect to me.

I was also glad to see this is a restaurant because I was already trying to plan in my head how to tear apart and redesign my "science park" to fit a Mexican chemistry lab into it! LMAO

I got that update last night. I had another one this morning that gave me Level 26. Then two hours later, another update that took it away.

Unreal. Looks like you're right. I just got another update that took Level 26 away. How stupid is that?
