Player club points is awarded when you craft, buy certain premium items or get regular prices (by collecting red casino chips).
There is 20 player points rewards to collect, each one needs more points to get. The first 120 points should be from placing the consierge recieved after willies 12h task.
FYI; it seems all player club rewards are reachable even for fremium users. User "nedimaz" wrote this in another thread:

So, based on information provided by LPNIta, I did a little bit of math:
Required number of Players Club Points to reach Black Diamond Players Club Tower is: 6.660
Total number of points acquired with freemium items (act prizes, crafting) is: 7.490
(yes, I calculated only "first 4", "first 8", "first 2" where required)
So it look like we are totally safe, even if no premium items are bought. The rest of 3.590 points awarded by premium items will just help you to reach this goal sooner.
I'm third bar in on level one and it won't let me craft anything anymore, so I was confused at first as to how to progress. Figured out the only way is to earn horseshoes and tickets spinning at Moe's casino, then level up in the crafting area. Somewhat confusing, and a very slooooow process.
