Woo hoo! Now if you find a way to make billionaire haven look nice, please share it.
Congrats again.
Oh that's easy. Just store all the buildings...
OH I have all those stored. I meant the one last prize with the tiger and the artwork you have to keep out to have Paris in your town. Right now mine is hidden (sort of) behind buildings.
Better timing would have been to already have her. But I kept putting off doing the Heights because it's SOOOOO (insert 1000 Os here) boring. Guess I just needed a reason to do it.
Nice work dude! I was underwhelmed when I finally hit that mark and got her. Now I am glad I did it. Having that extra character is definitely nice. Now it's time to store everything and forget you spent forever grinding.
Nice one Wadebear. I have to say it was the most boring thing I have ever done, but I'm glad I finished it. I really wish we could sell off the buildings.
The good bonus is putting Paris to work in the Casino.....
Any estimate how many hours per 100 million real estate points. I'm at 387 million and wondering how realistic a billion is? Thanks!
Oh that's right... I'm playing 2 games... That means I'm a Billionaire twice over! Whoo hoo! I'm a Multi-billionaire!
It's really hard to say how long it takes per 100 million. It depends on which buildings you're working on.
I had roughly 750 million done. I already had 10 of all the original buildings constructed. All my Modern Mansions and Deluxe Condos have been finished for months - I got through them quickly. The glitch allowed me to finish off about half my Exclusive Resorts and I had 1 Private Island started.
My plan was to finish the final 3 Business Centers and partially upgrade a couple of Valet Parkings, but it takes an entire day to upgrade a Business center and refill all the crafting supplies so I spent the first day just doing 1 of them because they take so many Pills. So I took a look at what I could do and started on the Valet Parkings. While I was doing that I started realized that once I had a Parking up to a certain level I could start working on another one without interfering with the first because I needed different materials - the lower levels need coffee and phones, the upper levels take mats and pills. Once I got all the Parkings past needing phones that let me start upgrading the Moderns - more phones and coffee.
Then there's the issue of who's available. I had some characters at the Casino and reserved some for the Railyard, so I wasn't working at full strength on Heights crafting - but I also have all the premium characters for Heights crafting except Otto and Bumblebee Man...
Oh, and I was pretty much sitting here constantly crafting for the last 3 days. Continuously refilling my chairs and coffee as I used them up - so you've gotta factor that in as well.
You really have to look at your particular situation to determine how long it will take you.

Just made it there myself yesterday. Handy to have Paris Texan for the casino.
