Think it's already been said, but pick 7 and you'll win almost every time. Worked for me, anyway and then factor in the occasional 'cheat' and it's better than Moes.

Just played the dice den 12 times using only 7 as my number. Won every time, that was 110x11 plus one cheat for 400 chips. Got crafting materials 9/12 times. The chip count was better (which is nice) but the real reason to keep trying it looks like crafting materials.

So that was 1610 chips on 12 tokens. Seems better then the slots. Thanks for the tips, I'm going to be going for the dice for a while now although I'm sure I won't win every time like that.

    Did a little experiment ...

    Key:
    C = Cheat
    BoC = Bonus Coaster
    BoK= Bonus Keychains
    BoM = Bonus maritinis

    Dice - Choosing 12:

    1. 3/3/10
    2. 2/4/6
    3. 3/3/10 - BoC
    4. 3/3/10 - BoM
    5. 2/4/6
    6. 2/4/6
    7. 2/4/6 - BoC
    8. 3/3/10 - BoC
    9. 2/4/6
    10. 3/3/10 - BoM
    11. 2/9/2 - C 400/BoC
    12. 12 - 400
    13. 2/4/6
    14. 2/4/6
    15. 3/3/10

    Summary:
    - Total Winnings: 400
    - Winnings per game: 26.67
    - Total Cheats: 1
    - Change of cheats per game: 6.67%
    - Total bonuses: 4 Coasters, 2 Martini
    - Chance of bonuses per game: 40%

Conclusion: Don't pick 12 for dice, you won't win very much! Note that the game is definitely not random, as the losing combination is almost always 3/3/10 or 2/4/6 (the combination of rolls to get these number will differ though, so a roll of 10 could be made of two 5's, or a 6 and 4 ...).

    Dice - Choosing 7:

    1. 4/10/7 - 110
    2. 7 - 110
    3. 9/9/5
    4. 4/10/7 - 110 BoK
    5. 5/7 - 110
    6. 8/10/12
    7. 10/7 - 110
    8. 7 - 110 BoK
    9. 12/5/7 - 110 BoM
    10. 10/7 - 110
    11. 3/7 - 110 BoM
    12. 3/7 - 110 BoC
    13. 7 - 110
    14. 7 - 110
    15. 8/10/12 - BoM

    Summary:
    - Total Winnings: 1320
    - Winnings per game: 88
    - Total Cheats: 0
    - Change of cheats per game: 0%
    - Total bonuses: 2 Keychains, 1 Coasters, 3 Martini
    - Chance of bonuses per game: 40%

Conclusion: Definitely better than choosing 12! More wins, but less winnings per win.

    Moe's Slots:

    1. 200
    2. 50 BoK
    3. 50 BoC
    4. BoM
    5. 30 BoK
    6. C 400
    7. 400
    8. 30
    9. 230
    10. 20
    11. 40
    12. 20
    13. 230 BoK
    14. 20
    15. 40 BoM

    Summary:
    - Total Winnings: 1760
    - Winnings per game: 117.33
    - Total Cheats: 1
    - Change of cheats per game: 6.67%
    - Total bonuses: 3 Keychains, 1 Coasters, 2 Martini
    - Chance of bonuses per game: 40%

Conclusion: Best game in town? With that said, I've gone through many games in a row without a win before, so YMMV. Interesting to note that the chance for bonus crafting materials is at 40% for all three choices.

I switched from Slots to Dice for act 2 and think it's the best choice.

Not sure if it works for anyone else but I have found a higher drop rate in getting a bonus (coasters, martinis, horseshoes) when- after playing the dice game and winning a bonus, I exit the casino, tap a gambler, then go back in and try to roll a 7 again. If I don't hit a bonus in 3 rounds I exit, tap a gambler and repeat.

I hit 7's consistently and even though I had some coins saved over from act1, I'm 5 martinis away from level 3 crafting, (starting act 2 at level 2 crafting no progress, and currently building Woodstock casino. Thought I'd mention it in case this method will work for you.

According to my spreadsheet, I so rarely see a 7 rolled, it is glaringly obvious that A) EA uses their own number generator, and B) the RNG hates me

EA is using some sort of random number generator only to determine if you win or lose. The numbers that are rolled are meaningless. Example, if you always pick 2, the losing patterns are always 3/5/7, and 4/4/11. Every other outcome, you will win 400 chips. The random number generator only determines if you win or not, not the actual outcome of the dice.
totally agreed!! if you think again, actual slot machines at Casino don't give you the same pay out like Moe's either.

Ive not compared at all. However i play Moe's all the time unless i need to play the Dice game for a daily challenge. My only reason is, i seem to win more.. I don't know if i do or not as like i said i haven't compared, but i'll still with Moe's!

I switch back and forth. I always play 7 at the dice game, and I do just as good at winning as at the casino, maybe a little better. If I lose at the dice game, I switch back to the casino. If I lose at the casino, switch back to dice. Works pretty good.

I was only playing at Moe's but I have had really bad luck the past couple times I have played. I am winning more with the dice right now.

Like someone already mentioned, Moe's is quicker to play, so I just do that.

I was playing the slots exclusively but found it was really slow getting crafting material. When I play 7 always on the dice I seem to average the same in chips but over double in crafting material, and a ton of glasses.

only when Moe's decide to screw with me (certain days you can just feel it) will I change to Cletus', 7 all the way for win pct ~70%.

I expend all my tokens in one shot at night before I go to bed.

I tend to use just Moe's, but when I'm on a bad streak (I feel like there is ALWAYS a bad streak each day) I switch to Cleutus for a round or two. I only ever pick 10 or 11.

If that pays off once or twice it is better overall than playing lots of times and choosing 7.

Playing seven is definitely the way to go. 110 guaranteed 90% of the time with three chances per token, it's WAY better odds than Moes. Hell, even playing 12 or 2 with three chances per token is a better gamble than Moes, especially considering its 400 of you roll right.

This was right after a re-install, so maybe Cletus was welcoming me as a "new" customer or something, but when I tried to get a daily challenge done that required 5 courtesy chips it was real tough to get those courtesy chips because I KEPT WINNING 400 CHIPS LIKE 4 TIMES instead, in quick succession while switching my pick back and forth between 2 and 12. So Cletus has some redeeming qualities.

Also, picking 7 gets you 100 or 130 chips half the time and also has a good chance of getting you bonus coasters n' junk.
