i dont want badlands to be a land expansion:
more land= more decorations= more lag

More land is just a band aid that covers the true issue, you need a separate map that shares Springfields inventory and allows the placement of all items in springfield (minus some obvious ones).

Long run hope so, however id rather more ocean 2 strips seems weird a 3rd would be great, having those islands so close to shore....its just very blergh.

I think there will be a 3rd chapter, personally. But then, I also think they will add a night mode, and expand on Krustyland, and add more sea spaces, and add more land textures, and add demolishable mountains...

    I'm optimistic.

I don't mind the constant grind of Springfield Heights. I only do it when it suits me to do so, but I spend a solid 4+ hours a day on this game. With just the one town, it's not hard to find time if I want to.

In fact, I would hazard a guess from reading this forum that a player's attitude toward The Heights is related to the number of accounts they operate. So many of you have multiple towns that you visit every day. Of course SH is a burden to you. I can't fathom how you manage it at all.

If the size of classic Springfield is any indication, there's at lease 42 additional plots of land in Springfield Heights that have yet to be released. Do you think that we'll get additional chapters of Springfield Heights, or do you think that the Springfield Badlands will go back there? I'm hoping for updates to Springfield Heights, myself.

I'd quite like another tunnel, to another part of land. Not necessarily connected to SH though?

Doing two towns isn't actually a problem if you have 2 devices - and mine are set up in easels so I don't even have to hold them.. You just have to do everything twice. I'm even able to do a lot of stuff on the second device with my left hand so I don't have to stretch my arm over to reach.

No, my attitude about the Heights is from the sheer mind numbing boredom of sending the same characters on the same tasks over and over and over and over and over...

I wouldn't mind if it were hour long tasks. Or 2 hours, or 3 hours... It's having to sit here and tap, tap, tap, wait, tap, tap, tap, wait, tap tap tap wait tap tap tap wait tap tap tap wait.

I couldn't care less about the things (for the most part) that SH has given us, but the extra land is great!

I wouldn't mind a little Shelbyville edition though.

I just want the land too. It would be nice if they just gave us the land so it equals the land on the other side. I do like the new decorations that SH's brings as well.

Just pure speculation but I think that there may be a water expansion in the not so distant future. Why else would they be offering the yellow submarine that produces more tiles? If they don't add more water, the water we do have will be covered from sea to shining sea with tiles! I wasn't going to bother to get the yellow sub but I will now because I want to be prepared in case this happens. It seems that EA has been satisfying a lot of our requests lately... 8)

    THIS....Oh man, so much this!

Even using the suggestions that others have made to do it while sitting there watching tv, it is excruciatingly slow, my device's screen gets hot after being on for so long, and it's BORING!!

Don't get me started on having to use the exact same characters for the railyard. Half of my week is spent ignoring SH because there just aren't enough characters left over to get much accomplished there. This is completely disregarding what happens when there is an event on. I completely understand why certain characters are used, don't get me wrong, but it seems this is not taken into consideration when creating yet another crafting-dependent event or expansion.

Which explains why I have only just reached $500 million. I don't know how others have had the stamina to become billionaires.

So yeah, being able to get all of the land is cool, but please, just let us have it without having to go through this ridiculously long lab experiment.

Seeing as there is plenty of land left in those columns, I would assume so. I would think it would be similar in size to chapter 2. In terms of when, I would think possibly around the end of the event.

I don't know if they will add more prizes after Paris, but to be on the safe side, I've been upgrading all buildings. Just 3 more offices, then 9 of that newer long/tall building and 2 islands and I'm done.

I hope not, but I'm just preparing just in case. I'd hate to be so lax about it now hovering at 1B, then all of a sudden it goes up to 2B. So if I can prepare for that by upgrading everything available, then I would be able to have a head start. Considering I'm pushing out pills until I pay out 375 of them (that level 5 office is WAY too expensive!), it will still take a long while before I'm done. My mentioned offices are all at level 4 (those were pretty quick), I already have 100+ awards (I had kept this at 200 for the longest time to remove the floating icon), I'm really just behind on pills. I haven't made ads in forever as no one can afford both ads and pills.

Ya, that was pretty smart preparing. I should have done that too. Maybe I'll do it off and on just in case.

I want more heights land. As of now I'm planning to have heights -> casino and then there is noland left for the space and ski area I'm planning to put behind the casino layout.

Also more ocean would be great. Having a pier going to the back of the ocean rather then along side the beach would be great. Perhaps even have overseas land.

As of right now we had a main heights update and a heights version of squidport next up a heights krustyland haha

    if i may?

While its true that you cant do both in full force you can apply the old maximizing profits strategy, only send in the Blue Haired lawyer for ads you'll get twice the ad for the cost of only one, of course you'll need a couple of extra yoga mats and chairs lying around but it shouldnt be too hard.

Valid point. Since Marge and a few others were busy with the quest line a fews ago, I do have a surplus of mats right now. I was typically sending (only) Bumblebee man to replenish some awards sometimes as well. Might as well start the ad production, as I'll need 80 to purchase the other 8 buildings, and then some to start upgrading them all as well.

Yeah, I reckon SH 3 is gonna be the Badlands update that's been "speculated". I should probably start filling up all my SH resources in preperation.

I'm hoping for more Springfield Heights. If we can get the additional land and a second tunnel I can move Burns' Mansion into the Heights, rather than have it in my industrial area, which is where it is now.
