I bought her in the last sale and I currently have Moe and Marge doing Country on the Inside Pt. 4 which is the quests in question. Moe is doing Make Moe do a slanderous documentary on Lurleen and Marge is doing Make Marge do a load of laundry. I have 7 hours left and then I'll let you know if they stay unlocked.

I was also searching for this exact thread! I just realized Moe had that task locked. I always have him in the Stonecutters skin and never bothered to check. I bought lurleen the first time.
I'm now on Country on the inside pt. 5 and both tasks have relocked after finishing part 4. I'll see if they unlock again after completing the whole quest line...

Contact EA. They don't fix things from here. It may not get fixed right away - but letting EA know you still have the issue is the best way to resolution
