We don't really need to have a floating icon over the "Gaming Moe's", "Cletu's Dice Den" and "Homer's House of Cards" buildings as those would be task that is always available.
Can we just get rid of all the constant floating icons? They annoy me - I remember there's tasks there I don't need the icon that accidentally taps
I'd love the opportunity to gamble after the event ends ...
I agree about the floating icons throughout the towns -- they're accumulating fast.
We have hanging icons over the SH manufacturing buildings, the unfinished Springfield Heights buildings, the Moonbounce, the Open Air Stage, the Play-Doh Factory, the racetrack, Apu's KEM, the Unemployment Office, and now the casinos. It's getting kinda crowded in them there skies.
(Are there icons over the recycling centers if they're not full? I haven't looked in so long ...)
I'm certain that all the icons were put in our towns to be helpful reminders -- but I'd like the OPTION to turn the icon off for each specific building. (Just as I can leave Christmas lights on all year for Cletus' farm if I choose to. )
I'd play only if there is a chance to win something other than cash. Some type of special deco or donuts but I don't see the point of spending $100 to earn and average of a $100.

There are no icons above the recycling centers.
I agree on having the option for having an icon above a building or not. It feels cluttered.
As for the topic at hand, finding a balance between payout and cost in $ will be hard. You could limit the amount of wins with an extra payout (SH resources or donuts per example) for the day and for any game played afterwards you can only win $.
This would enable high rollers to farm cash quickly and easily if payouts are relatively high. This would make the rich richer and the poor only a little less poor, benefiting the rich the most.
I got a scary word for you here: Grinding. You could play games which cost you $ but you can win tokens or other currency. These tokens can be used to purchase the current event prizes in the craft menu. Maybe expand on the items in a future update.
Like said before, hard to balance. I do hope they do something with the casino's and their games cause they're a fun little addition to our Springfields.
I would love to see EA NOT use the main characters used for crafting in other areas. There seems to be a shortage of characters to go around ( sarcasm  )
Also...no time limit on earning the prizes as implemented in SH.
All I was asking for then I started this thread were for EA to just chance the used currency for the casino games and remove the annoying floating icons over the casino buildings instead of completely remove the casino from the game then the event is over.
That is all I'm asking for.
Everything else I just see as a bonus.
I think this is a thing that is just as easy for EA to do as it for them to remove the casino games.
This way we will get 3 small mini games inside Tapped Out that doesn't coast EA anything (the casino games as already been programmed)
It will just be something people can play then ever they wanted without it have too big impart on the overall Tapped Out game.
Sure most players will probably be ignoring those casino games after this event is over and that is completely fine!
(many people with probably had enough of casino games for a while after this event)
It will just be a small gimmick that wouldn't cost EA anything to make.
It would for sure be nice if EA would add a way for us to win donuts though those games, but that would require a bite more work form EA, so I wouldn't be disappointed with that didn't happen.
About the floating icons.
I totally agree with what many other has pointed out that we already have way too many floating icons over buildings.
I don't see the point it having the icon over the "Casino Players Club" after you have won the "Black Diamond Player Club Tower". Nothing new will ever show up inside it after that. Where will never be anything new to see inside that building.
The same goes for the "Red Blazer Realty" building. Where is no point having a icon floating over that building every single time you get a little Real Estate Value. It would only make sense to have a icon over that building then you have a new prize to claim from it. Where is absolutely no reason for a floating icon to ever show over that building after you have won the "Billionaire Haven", as noting new will ever show up inside that building again.
It is very annoying to have to tap that "Red Blazer Realty" building just to close it right way, just to remove that annoying floating icon every single time I got a little Real Estate Value
We can go on and on with other buildings that would be better off without their floating icons.
We really needs a way of turning off those floating icons that we don't want.
Another vote for playing after the event. I'm not too bothered about Cletus's Dice Game but the other two are fun. I'd like the chance to play them again.
I hope they do continue with the casino games and I also think it would be cool if they added the roulette game to the Burns Casino. And maybe from time to time offer rare prizes or chances to win limited time prizes.
Another vote for dumping the floating icons. I find them aesthetically unappealing.
Not much interest, Im afraid, in continuing any of the gambling mini-games after this event concludes. I find the games themselves to be intrinsically kinda boring and given the way EA typically sets up chance/gambling activities its hard for me to imagine that payoffs will be arranged in a way that would motivate me to play.

I agree. My rocket is such a fail lately I didn't even bother with the sub.

Yup, nothing in the skies, nothing under the sea... However, ten minutes ago I won 5 donuts in Krustyland!!!

I have forgotten all about that one.
It could be cool to have it back too.
@Incognita: I just noticed your Christmas wish list...maybe the rest are on the way?
