I just downloaded tapped out again a week or two ago after a year and a little of not playing. Having fun redesigning, but my towns still a hot mess (I nuked) and I'm broke after buying all the new land. Hit me with a friend request if you have room, but I wouldn't count on daily visits... :oops:

I'll send you two I'm fairly crap at friend visits, so that's fine by me. Ssshhh, don't tell anybody, but I like the events when your neighbours don't know whether you've visited or not - I haven't visited any of my neighbours since the event started :oops:
The spider household is currently watching Avengers Assemble - by the end of this, I'll be an expert does that count as game talk?? I'm just delighted that Thor has made any appearance - yum, yum - me, shallow? Absolutely

I very rarely visit neighbors any more...and I nuked my town a few days (or maybe a week ago) and it's still a bit of a mess but it's slowly coming together. But I'll send a neighbor request too.

I am SO GLAD that so many other people aren't doing neighbor visits anymore. I feel guilty each day. Plus I REALLY MISS seeing the towns, and haven't done that in so long! There really IS a horrible lag increase since Christmas. (Or is it just me? ) It seems to be really bad when towns are loading, throughout all my neighbor visits. Even when I visit low-level towns, they lag when I open them. And even FROM my low-level towns.
I worry that, if neighbors have notifications "on", are they alerted that I visited? Because if they ARE, then it means that if I do NOT visit, they're not getting notifications ... and they'd eventually end up thinking (or, rather, KNOWING) "Brother. Annette never visits anymore." (Just don't tell Juliet. Let's let her think I've been visiting every day. )
I'm keeping up the event in all four active towns, but have done almost no decorating at all since this event began.
This school year is still blowing my mind. I had it so good, for so long -- I got to just sit back and relax most of the time, and the stuff I DID have to do for Joe was completely within my comfort zone. But it's just nasty this year. Poor guy.
The "Exam" is May 2nd. After that, life goes back to (relative) normalcy.
I need a friend break - but my template town is 2 stars on whatever they call the friend one - forced to visit to boost that rating - everything else is back to 5 but that one.................. all I can do is visits to raise, and I want a lazy friend moment.
So I'm jealous
No decorating really with this event - I have very little in-game cash in the template town to rebuild - it will be a while in decoration
Both towns are suffering on decor - original town has a pile of casino stuff - thats as far as i've gotten - pile
Edit - Since I am on forced visit - the lag is Horrible for me - even on wifi connection.......... worse since last week- I'm at about 35-40 min to visit - if it's mostly cooperating
I haven't really paid attention to any lag, but I'm usually doing something else like work or watching TV when I decide to do any neighbor visits. Also since I've only been doing them during events I go to just the amount of neighbors that I can get event currency from that day before quitting.
Any other time I think of doing neighbor visits it's just too late in the day to bother with them.
