Just tried visiting Other SF. Tap on bandits to get game currency, but also FP. I maxed out my FP long ago! No cash, just FP.

Fear The Walking Dead just shows dippy LA civilization a bit more, but it's a small focus on one family so you don't see huge budget screens of Los Angelinos getting zombified by the 1000's or anything. Mostly a survivor camp story of chain of command breaking down and the betrayals that follow based on fear. I'd skip it if you have other choices.
