today is friday and im already on sunday close to monday Basically i have 8k clues.
Heres the thing, you have your daily trades for prizes right?
However you can still keep trading after you get your daily prize, at the current rate im going i should get the next prize tonight or tomorrow mornin.
Upgrading the Town plaza seems to help speed the whole process along:
Lv 3 gives +1 Bandit to all bandit hideouts
Lv 4 Unlocks a task for Gummy Joe (so you get another character to grind for resources)
Lv 5 Unlocks new bandit hideout (Krusty Burger)
So yeah in theory as the act progresses it becomes easier to gather resources, however i think the main thing to worry about is getting the town plaza upgraded to max level (or the level where most if not all upgrades are unlocked, extra bandit hideouts, job slots unlocked, extra bandits per bandit hideout etc.)
What am I doing wrong? I'm tapping all bandits. I'm visiting neighboreenos. I'm trading in stuff. I'm sending guys on missions.
Or better, what should I be doing?

I'm at 7000+ and haven't been doing anything special (I don't think). However, if I toss and turn at night and it wakes me up I quickly reset all my Saloon players. That way, when I wake up it's time to reset again.
